Rollover Pass is a "cut" - in fact that's what we always called it - The Cut - that joins East Galveston Bay w/ the Gulf of Mexico... thus the tide flows in and out through this 200' wide "Pass".... and the fish come in and out w/ the tide... that's why it's such a popular and productive fishing spot!
