One of my last workouts at CrossFitWMD.....
Gonna miss Will Black, Tony Guined and the rest of the gang....
CrossFit WMD changed the way I look at working out forever!
But the show must go on....
Everything in my life goes in the back of a UHaul Truck!
Which my daughter, her boyfriend and me had to load in a rain....
That's all right....we'll figure it out.... how bout a tarp from the front eave to the back of the truck?
My life in a 10 x 15 storage room....
An empty house where I spent the last 11 years of my life....
Last night in the house with a camp chair and a TV tray...
Sleeping on the floor cause we already loaded the bed....
Went to Beaumont to visit my dad.
And did Paleo in his camp trailer.
