Probably my favorite Southern Breakfasts of All Time -
Grits and Eggs and Sausage.
Took this Southern tradition and put a New Mexican spin on it with heated up leftover fire roasted Hatch Green Chiles and other veggies.
Diced up a link of grilled Bratwurst...
And added some Arugula, Tomatoes with a little EVOO and some fresh strawberries.
Sided with some Strong Folger's Black Silk with Turbinado Sugar, Vanilla Extract and Half and Half and you got a melding of Cultures and Food.
And that's a Good and Good Tasting Thing!
