Personal Record Deadlift!



I said I was working on getting stronger.

Eating 125 - 150g of protein a day, doing heavy and varied lifts, getting 8+ hours of sleep a night and limiting alcohol consumption.

I am now stronger than at any other time in my life since I was 19.

And I am 54.
