A Batch of Veggies and a Big Tuna Steak

At least once a week, I'll make up a big batch of pan grilled veggies like these sweet onions...


Poblano peppers, red bell peppers, purple carrots, zucchini...


Add in some asparagus, yellow squash and some fine diced ginger and garlic.


Add in sliced jalapeno, 2 oz of beef sausage and a massive 8 oz Ahi Tuna Steak (2-1/2 mins on each side) -


I'll eat on this batch of veggies for at least 3 - 4 meals.


A beautiful plate of low carb veggies, a dollop of guacamole, jalapeno slices and about 50g of lean protein in the tuna steak and some good beef sausage worth 10g of protein.

With a low cal low carb sauce of honey mustard, balsamic and soy sauce and 4 oz of rose' wine.


Beautiful and Healthy food for the mind, body and spirit.
