End of Day 1: A Great End to a Day of Ups and Downs

Sitting over a fire at camp site #12 at Pedernales Falls State Park - same site I had last time I came to the park w/ my daughter 6 years ago. Just got done w/ a dinner of grilled sausage, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños w/ a fresh salad of avocado, tomatoes, basil dressed w/ olive oil and washed down w/ 2 ice cold Shiner Bock Spring Ales. Got my Thermarest mat and Coleman mummy bag stretched out in the bed if the truck so I can see the stars. Listening to Led Zeppelin Kashmir as the fire goes to coals. Yeah there were some ups and downs today but I'd have to say it was a Great Day spent Discovering Texas on 2 Wheels.
