I finished the Baldy Trail hike at the GCC, got cleaned up and said my good-byes. I got a tip about Harry's Roadhouse from a friend at the GCC so I figured I'd check it out. I like the looks of it so far... take the Pecos Trail exit and then hook back to the right on the service road about a mile.
