Campsite #18 at Morphy Lake State Park
I've gathered firewood and am getting ready to grill the rainbow trout. I'm gonna score them on each side, douse them w/ olive oil and dust w/ salt and pepper and grill them till I can pull the meat away from the bone. I'll have them with grilled bell peppers and onion over Spanish Rice w/ a Tecate on the side...Man! I'm getting hungry just talking about it. Let's see ... fresh caught Rainbow Trout grilled over an open fire while overlooking a beautiful 8000' high mountain lake at sunset.... hmmm... thanks God!
