A Dish from my Sister's Home Garden!

Visited my Sister yesterday and she has a beautiful home garden... she gave me a sack of fresh green beans, peppers, squash and basil which I combined w/ onions, garlic, pan sausage, corn tortillas and an egg for a wonderful, tasty and nutritious meal!

    That is some dish. Wish I could partake in that. She has sent me pictures of her garden. She has Dad's green thumb for growing vegetables. Glad you can enjoy her bounty. Sis
