So Caveman.... Whadduya eat for breakfast?


Most of the time it's just 2 cups of coffee with brown sugar and Cream-mate.

I try to hold out on real food till at least 10:30 - 11:30.

But when I do eat breakfast, it's pretty light....


Several strawberries, a ripe banana, a light sprinkle of a nut mix of pecans, almonds and pistachios, a boiled egg, a dust of salt and some fresh basil.


Probably not more than 300 calories and a good balance of protein, carbs and fat.

Back to the knuckle dragging....
