A Day in the Life OR a Life in a Day... Part 2 ... Go ahead and try it - it's not gonna Kale you.


As I've me noted many times in this blog, you have to be willing to try new things, to be open minded, to challenge your current mindset and body structure.

Part of that is trying new and healthy foods like...

Kale!!

I've been eating it raw like a salad and I love it. It forms a great base for a delicious and low calorie Paleo meal....

Let's kale this lunch like this...

Add a thick cut pork chop to a hot skillet and cook for 4 - 5 mins on a side, flip it and then add a thin cut chicken breast....

Flip the chicken breast and give the pork chop another 4 - 5 on the 2nd side.

Fortify the kale base with cilantro, tomatoes, radishes, boiled egg, grapes and blackberries and add the pig and chicken.


Again - a lot of food and protein but not a lot of calories.

And why so much good quality food?

Because it enables me to put my body through another brutal CrossFit AMRAP.... A New Challenging Exercise Program I had never done before but started about 6 weeks ago!!


Hang Cleans were the strength focus today.


Gotta love the Wall Walks!!

Hey Old Man - not bad - did the Rx and kept up with the Young and the Restless.

Followed by the final Paleo presentation for dinner....

A spring mix / kale / cilantro mix with tomato, radishes, sliced Serrano pepper, grapes, strawberries and mango and of course..   MEAT!!!

Pork and venison sausage and another pork chop.

Add in a Creatine / Fresca / Sangria mix

And the finals of the Voice.....

And you have a Day in the Life....

or....

a Life in a Day.
