022021 Workout - 10 mile Walk + "Jump Day"
My workout for Saturday 02/20/21:
5 mile walk to gym
45 mins of stretching, warmup, 10 min ab workout (Chris Heria) and 15 mins of high rep low weight all body dumbbell warmup.
Followed by 3 rounds of:
5 - 30” box jumps
5 one legged squats each leg
10 lateral jump overs over a 20” high bench
20 jumping lunges - Round 1: Bodyweight; Round 2 - 15# dumbbells; Round 3 - 20# dumbbells
10 - 9’ high 16# wall balls
80 yard sled push
80 yard sled pull Round 1 - sled only; Round 2 - sled + 25#; Round 3 - sled + 50#
5 mile walk home.
Workout done in fasted state. Hadn’t eaten since 6:00 pm yesterday.

One Week of Meal Prep
This video shows 1 week of meal prep for a high protein / low carb / moderate good fat eating plan.
The main components and criteria are: * 2500 - 3000 calories per day * 175 - 200 grams of protein per day based on metric of 1 - 1.25 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. * less than 100 - 125 gram of net carbs per day. * greater than 4700 mg of potassium (RDA) per day. * Intermittent Fasting minimum of 18 hours per day * Eat 2 meals per day in a 4 - 6 hour window.012321 - 012521 New Mexico Enchanted Circle & Jemez Mountains tour
This video is a 3-day driving tour beginning at the High Road to Taos out of Espanola NM to Taos and then a clockwise drive of the Enchanted Circle from Taos to Questa to Red River to Eagle Nest to Cimarron Canyon SP to Eagle Nest Lake SP to Angel Fire back to Taos and then into the Jemez Mountains to Jemez Springs.
