Needed to do some heavy work so I knocked out the CrossFit WOD my son and I did at the Hotel in San Fran...
10 sets of:
5 Romanian Deadlifts
5 Hang Cleans with Squat
5 Push Presses
5 Overhead Squats
Started with 20# DBs and increased 5# per set till 50# DBs and then came back down to complete the 10 sets.
Had a work deliverable to get out when I got back to my home office so threw together a bowl of avocado, boiled egg, banana, strawberry and grapes garnished with fresh julienned mint!
Worked for 4 hours and then cooked everything in the fridge...
3 pork chops, 2 chicken breasts, sweet onion, red bell pepper, poblano - jalapeño - Serrano peppers, asparagus, shredded carrots, squash zucchini and organic kale finished with red balsamic!!
Fan Fucking Tastic!!!
Blacken that Pork Chop Baby - Last One!!
Portion out the veggies with the meat - last portion!
