Pick Your Weapons and Your Battles Carefully...


From Pt Arthur Tx....

Just down the road from my hometown of Beaumont.

There's lots of battlefields in the War of Good Health but one of the most important ones is your own kitchen...

Like any other battlefield.... Get to know it well.

Bottom line... If you wanna eat right, You or Someone Close to You or Both are gonna have to do some cooking....

So let's get to it....

Prep for future meals is important....

And taste is important....

Well seasoned food simply prepared tastes better and satisfies your palette so you eat less....

Did you hear that?

Preparing good quality, healthy well seasoned food is built in portion control.

So let's do some prep on those beautiful tuna steaks with some salt, pepper and spicy mix.

Ready for the fridge.

Will cook one at the next meal.

Now to the lunch protein....
My custom ground turkey breast mix prepared with a healthy seasoning of the beginning ground meat with salt, pepper and cayenne.
Then prepare a wet mix of 1 egg, mustard, soy sauce, Worcetshire sauce, Tabasco sauce and add to the seasoned ground meat.
Then dice a medium sweet onion, poblano and jalapeño pepper - season with S&P - and add to the mix.
It's basically a spicy meat loaf mix.
Below that is the HEB jalapeño seasoned thin cut chicken breast.


In the skillet for 2....

And 2 on the other side...

And here's the supporting cast of fruit and veggies...

Red kale, sweet mini peppers, asparagus, radishes, grapes and blueberries.

Protein's out and resting...

"Hard" veggies in...

Prep the rest...

And prepare the Ultimate Great Tasting Power Drink...

Body Fortress Fruit Punch Creatine Mix and Fresca.....

Yeah I know.... A Diet Drink...

Remember? This is about picking your battles...

It tastes great and adds a refreshing zest to the drink so it's in my diet!!!

Creatine's mixed up so add la Fresca.

And the kale leaves....

Get a little water in the lid

And add to the veggies...

And cover for 2

Plate and add the radishes and grapes and blueberries and drizzle with olive oil and red balsamic vinegar and a final dust of S&P....

That's another thing... I salt everything heavy..
Cause it tastes better...
Another choice in this battle...

Man that is a meal that runs deep in dark and beautiful colors and you know that means it's literally filled with all the good nutrition your body needs!!!!

Paleo Heaven!!!
