Working out with my son
Did an Olympic or Dynamic style workout - first with one arm dumbbell cleans from the floor to overhead starting at 8 reps each and decreasing to a 1 rep max Followed by a 2 set 10 rep set of pushup / squat thrust / pull up combo. Didn't quite match my son - the Beast - on weight but hung in pretty well!
