Pretty simple - rough cut the veggies big so they don't fall through the grating on the fire, a drizzle of olive oil and a dusting of salt, pepper and Tony Chachere's and you're done with prep. Fire's down to coals which is right. On goes the food. And 10 minutes later - Voila! I was so hungry I ate half of it before taking the pic!Now it's time to kick back with Dr. Patron....
