Revenge on the Overhead Squats... Redemption with 20 minutes of Cindy

Meanwhile back at the ZiaCrossFit  Ranch...


When the Chips are down....


Do a 5 x 5 on Overhead Squats and....

20 minutes of Cindy.


I got 135# for 5 deep reps.... Not so much for sum...

But a Personal Record for Me!

and 16 rounds + 3 reps of Cindy put me at #2 on the list......

Not bad!

It's a perfect example of tackling a WOD even if you don't feel your best.

Everything was hurting but as I navigated the Warm-up and did the Overhead Squats...

I started feeling better and over 480 reps of Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats later.....

I felt pretty good.


Roast Chicken Breast and a diced link of Chicken Sausage with Kale, Asparagus, Peppers and 2 beaten eggs....

Not really an Omelette but with a little tomato and avocado on top...

And a chocolate protein mix on the side....


It makes for a pretty tasty post workout meal.


Speaking of meals.....

How many groceries can you load on a bike?


1 pannier full, 1 grocery bag and a TJ's bag of workout clothes.


I contend the 80s and the 90s was the pinnacle of modern music.....

Lots of different sounds....


Sausage, Asparagus, Jalapeno, Salad with grapes and sunflower seeds.
