Getting ready for Mayhem!

It's a new class they started a few weeks ago at Family Fitness. 
30 minutes of cardio and plyometrics at 10:30 Saturday morning and 30 minutes of non-stop strength training on Sunday at 4:00 pm. 
I like the frenzied, fast paced nature of the classes and the enthusiasm of the instructors. 
Having a pre workout meal of my ground turkey breast mix with poblano and jalapeño peppers and onion on a bed of arugula with tomatoes and strawberries and a few chunks of fresh mozzarella all dressed with honey mustard. High protein, lots of good carbs, some good fat and looks and tastes great!

Now - who's ready for a little Mayhem?
