My turkey - veggie mix (see the "Glad to Meat You" post from a few days ago on prep) on pan grilled Kalamata Olive Bread smeared with Honey Dijon mustard and a cover of grilled zucchini and an over medium egg...
Not the best presentation but it's 500 calories of make your taste buds go wow taste with at least 35g of protein and I fixed it in 8 minutes.
I've switched from the fattier meats and cut out the tequila and am starting to lose the last little bit of paunch.
How much are you willing to give up to get what you want in life?
