This morning, I had a bike ride to the gym, a 1-hour Body Pump Workout, a solo workout afterwards and then a bike ride home.
After a couple of errands, I fixed a lunch that most people might think excessive but let's take a closer look.
A 6 oz pork chop with a dollop of Spicy Hummus, summer squash, bell pepper, Anaheim pepper and Baby Bella mushrooms grilled in a cast iron skillet with a tbsp of canola oil and some olives for extra taste.

And for a high protein mid afternoon snack to get me ready for another gut wrenching Boot Camp....
Roasted Chicken Breast on grilled Kalamata Olive bread with Honey Dijon mustard with tomatoes and a drizzle of Olive Oil.
Is this interesting or exciting or glamorous?
Nope.... It's just simple, healthy food that will keep you at your best whether you're doing a....
