Hadn't done one of Liz Prehm's PIYO Strength workouts in over a week.
It's the perfect complement to the Body Blasting CrossFit workouts because the movements put the muscles in stretched motion at the endpoints of range of movement.
After I got done, I moseyed (that's a term you can only use in the West.... or Southwest) over to Smith's and picked up a passel (another Western term) of grub..... Ok... I think that's enough.....
