Olympic National Park to the South of me.... Strait of Juan de Fuca to the North

Here I am stuck in Port Angeles with you!

It actually worked out pretty good. 

Tom at the Bike Garage put on a new back rim... All the remaining spokes on the same side as the broken spoke were visibly stressed - cheaper and better to do a new rim. 

I went and had a great Mexican meal. 

It started raining so it would have been miserable riding and setting up camp anyway....

Assuming I could have even made it up the 12% grade to Heart of the Hills campground. 

Picked up my bike and stuff and eased over 2 blocks and picked up a Harbor View room at the Port Angeles Inn.

 So all's well that ends well and frankly I'm glad the day is over.
