My workout for Saturday 02/20/21:
5 mile walk to gym
45 mins of stretching, warmup, 10 min ab workout (Chris Heria) and 15 mins of high rep low weight all body dumbbell warmup.
Followed by 3 rounds of:
5 - 30” box jumps
5 one legged squats each leg
10 lateral jump overs over a 20” high bench
20 jumping lunges - Round 1: Bodyweight; Round 2 - 15# dumbbells; Round 3 - 20# dumbbells
10 - 9’ high 16# wall balls
80 yard sled push
80 yard sled pull Round 1 - sled only; Round 2 - sled + 25#; Round 3 - sled + 50#
5 mile walk home.
Workout done in fasted state. Hadn’t eaten since 6:00 pm yesterday.
