Staging ingredients...
Onions and Hatch Chiles will go in after the steak comes out.
In goes the Ribeye... It's less than an inch thick so 3 minutes to a side on high heat.
Flip that puppy and 3 minutes on the other side.
Out goes the steak and on goes the onions and peppers.
Ribeye takes a rest.
Out with the O & P, in with the S & Z.
Prep the mushrooms and garlic and throw them in.
All the veggies in one platter.
Steak with Monterey Jack cheese on another.
Garnish the steak with pico and guac.
