Back to the Future...


Never ceases to amaze me what an incredible thing the human body is...

And how it responds and changes to the stresses and loads placed on it. 


Case in point.... My Back. 

I've started adding wide grip chins, cable pulldowns, heavy barbell rows and cable rows to my workout to add a little thickness and width to my back. 

I've also been eating more protein and been eating more frequently.

There's something a little primordial about the Cave Man Diet I've been on and the Stresses I've been putting on my body over the last 3 months. 

Testament to the....
