After a day of job searching....


and iHeart Radio....


I rode the Blue Lady to Family Fitness for a double class of Cardio Boxing and Body Flow (a combo of Tae Kwan Do, Yoga and Pilates)....

After 2 hours of group class workouts and 40 minutes of bike riding....


I fixed a helluva post workout meal with a ribeye, vegetables, cheeses and kalamata olive bread....


I got up at 4:30 this morning and have ate small meals throughout the day. 

The music, food and workout made this a day to remember. 

Planning to hit the 8:45 am Body Pump workout.
