Yeah - this ain't the touchy feely Jeep commercial Ambassadors X Renegade.

There was some discussion between the Praxis trainer and me this morning about doing Rx on today's CrossFit workout.

My philosophy on Rx is that it is the workout that the "average" CrossFit athlete should be able to do.

Notice I said average "CrossFit" athlete which is head and shoulders above the average person who works out all the time much less the average person.

Anyway - I don't work out with trainers or WOD makers I don't trust and if they put it on the board then I figure they expect me to grab a handful, throw 'em over my shoulder and man up and not be a Cryin Bitch about it.

But there's something more there.

There's Ego.... There's Pride.... There's Competition.... There's Bravado.

Yeah - traits and characteristics that the Public laughs at and Psychiatrists treat.

One of my knee doctors once told me....
