After the ride to El Dorado, I arrived back at the Casita ready for the last meal of the day....
3 proteins:
2 slices of TJ's Turkey Bacon
1 slice of TJ's Turkey Meat Loaf
The last of the roasted chicken deboned.
On deck.... Kale and Eggs....
Made a bed of the usual Spring Mix, Tomato, radish, carrots and balsamic and chipotle ranch dressing....
Added the sauted kale.....
and 2 eggs over medium...
That's a great Paleo meal with 4 proteins, lots of veggies and tons of flavor!
