Paleo in.... Passing Paleo on... Paleo out

Here's that Crazy Bananas - Protein - Turbinado Sugar combo....

Only this time, the protein is....

SEA SCALLOPS!!

Is that sick or what?

You wouldn't think so if you tasted it.

Accompanied by Sweet Leaf Spring Mix Salad with Tomato and Boiled Egg....

And my favorite side - Kale!!!

Veggies get a dowsing of Pecan Oil and Fig infused Balsamic Vinegar.


Can't hardly tell the Sea Scallops from the Bananas.....

You can't believe how good this is....


After a day spent doing the truck - car exchange, I was really hungry so made a 2nd batch of food with an HEB thin cut chicken breast - Jalapeno seasoned - with some Holmes Pork and Venison sausage and a carrot / kale mix with strawberries on the side.

2 Huge Plates of Food - Yes you can do that and not gain weight.

It is the Paleo way.


And this is my daughter's creation - she did my Middle Eastern - African spices veggie medley and coupled it with diced pork loin and sausage....

This girl can cook - it was as good or better than anything I've made.

Part of Parenting is Preparing the Kid to do without You.

At least she won't go hungry - even better - she knows how to cook and eat healthy.

The rest is up to her.

Did the Entree - Side bowl for $6 - this is Kale / Shitake Chicken with steamed veggies as the side.

Gotta admit - it was good and for $6 - Yeah it was really good!!
