On the Big Chain Ring from Leadville...
For you cycling neophytes, let me clarify... I'm hauling ass... for the last 3 days I was climbing from 5300' in Denver to nearly 12000' at Loveland Pass and then down to 9000' at Silverthorne and back up to 11316' at Fremont Pass. I was on the smallest chain ring in the front and the biggest gear in the back.... now I'm descending and it's the opposite... 25 mph beats 3 mph any day.... now let's continue our flight to Buena Vista!
