Comments:

I’m not a big chicken fried steak fan but this one was really good – not too much batter, crunchy crust with just the right amount of meat / crust ratio. Homemade biscuits with eggs done over medium – with lots of butter and jam. Bad news for a desk jockey but food of the gods for someone punching the pedals for 50 miles.

Evant Café was a winner.
