My first and best meal in Germany was at the LeRose Italian Restaurant. We returned there for lunch today and I snapped a few shots of the table side prep of a couple of the courses.
Making the Parmesan pasta and Yes - that is a 40# wheel of pasta that is shaved each time this dish is prepared. Shaving the truffles on the pasta and yes - I can now say I have eaten truffles. Making the Sabayon....And the Results!
