So decided to cook the last ribeye...
While the ribeye was cooking, I got out the Spring mix, tomato, kale and leftover veggies.
Flipped the steak and added the rest of the kale in on top of it...
After 3 and 3, take the steak out and let it rest for 3.
Dump the leftover veggies in with the kale to heat up.
Cover and turn the heat off and let it steam for a minute.
Cut the steak in half and plate with some blueberries and raspberries added.
Standard fruit punch Creatine mix and Fresca for a drink.
Lots of good nutrition there and what about the colors!!
And enough leftover for the next meal.
