Got into Family Fitness for a quick 30 min Fat Burner class this morning and got to work out with all the charming and beautiful morning crowd and my favorite instructor, Crystal.
Then home to do some cleanup on the house to show to a potential buyer...
Up on the roof to blow the leaves and branches out of the gutter and off the top of the back yard screen enclosure.
That's better!!
Now to scrub down the concrete back patio.
I use Krud Kuttter, Clorox and a big shop broom...
Why?
Because I don't have a pressure washer and I didn't have time to rent one!
Anyway, I got 'er done and it looked good!
Why did I do this post?
Because, the work today put me one step closer to my goal of selling my house and moving North and West.
The potential buyer is emailing me an offer today.
The other thing is I'm selling my house myself which will save me about $12000 in real estate commission.
Do I do everything the hard way?
No.... I just do it...
My way!
