began as a cycling blog - "Discovering America on 2 Wheels" - in Dec 2009. Since then it's become much more. It is an irreverent, humorous and introspective way of sharing my daily lifestyle, interests, opinions and life challenges. It is a Labor of Love that is Raw, Uncut and Real Time straight from my Heart, Mind and Life to You. So I hope you Read, Enjoy and Become Involved in My Discovery and, in so doing, learn more about Yourself, the World Around You and Your Own Path to Discovery!

Prep'g for future meals and fueling up for CrossFit!!
Preparation is the first step to Success.
Saw that Kroger had their Ribeyes on for $3.97 / lb so snagged a package.
What's my prep?
Adolph's Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer, Salt, Pepper, Steak Seasoning and Cayenne....
I coat every part of the steak and then fork it to tenderize and to drive some of the dry rub into the meat. Then wrap or seal and in the fridge for a day of marinade.
And for today's lunch.... Same ole Same Ole....
Spring mix, tomato, avocado, radishes, olive oil and balsamic, salt and pepper, boiled egg, mango, strawberries and a cast iron skillet grilled thin cut jalapeño seasoned chicken breast.
And a fruit punch Creatine and Fresca mix to wash it down.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
