CrossFit - it's more than exercise!
Another 5x5 on squats heavier than last week with max reps of kipping pull-ups for 3 sets.
My workout group - Eldon and Will - did squats at 250.
And then 8 mins of working to a max continuous Clean, Push Press and Thruster. I got to 155#.
And then 3 sets of max reps Toes to Bar.
