Watching and Weighting...

Trying to stay in the 165 - 170 pocket despite changing my workouts and eating much more protein.


Speaking of eating more protein.....

Thin cut ribeye and Swai fillet over Spring mix and Sauted kale, grapes, blueberry almonds and sunflower seeds with a side of baked sweet potatoes with a drizzle of honey and dust of cinnamon and a few grapes....

This was a great meal.


And for supper.... a blackened pork chop with 2 eggs over medium over spring mix, tomatoes and radishes with a side of sauted kale and pan grilled bananas with brown sugar.


Just can't imagine going through life without eating this kind of wonderful food!
