Another WOD.... Another Monster Paleo Meal!!!


Spring mix bed with tomatoes, radishes, cilantro, squash, zucchini, poblano and jalapeño peppers, sweet onions and a blackened pork chop.

Decided that wasn't enough protein so added a patty of ground turkey breast mix


That's over 50 g of protein in 1 meal!

That'll rebuild the body.
