Tag Team Supper


Check out this beautiful Tomato Pie my wife made...

The pie is layered with Kalamata Olives, Thick-sliced Tomatoes finished with julienned Arugula and a drizzle of EVOO. 


To get my protein in, I pan-grilled a Pattie of the Turkey-Veggie mix and paired with sliced Poblano Pepper. 


Nice trio with a Cabernet follow. 

I ate 3 pieces of the yummy pie so finished the evening with a 2 mile run-walk. 

Nice way to end the week.
