Running late for Saturday Morning Body Pump....


Slept over 9 hours last night. 

Needed a quick high protein breakfast to get some good calories in me for the 8:30 am Body Pump class....

How about a bed of tomatoes, avocado and arugula dressed with EVOO and S&P....


With a 3 oz turkey - veggie pattie on top...


4 minutes to fix....

6 minutes to eat...

And the best workout of the week awaits....
