How do you build a lunch feast????

One layer at a time...
One skillet at a time...


Starting with red potatoes and thick cut zucchini...


Staging everything else...
Squash, Bell Pepper, Jalapeño, Garlic, Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage and Jennie-O Cajun Turkey...


Pull Round 1 out and...


Throw in Round 2....

Round 3 was the jalapeños, garlic and turkey...

Cook a skillet full, dump it in the serving platter where it will continue to cook and meld juices with the other items...repeat till everything is cooked. 

Throw in some fresh basil and thick diced tomato and give everything another drizzle of olive oil and a dusting of salt and pepper...


Take a sharp knife and a fork and make about 4 swipes each way through everything and mix it around a little bit....


And you have a grilled healthy feast using only a...
