One Week of Meal Prep

 This video shows 1 week of meal prep for a high protein / low carb / moderate good fat eating plan.

The main components and criteria are: * 2500 - 3000 calories per day * 175 - 200 grams of protein per day based on metric of 1 - 1.25 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. * less than 100 - 125 gram of net carbs per day. * greater than 4700 mg of potassium (RDA) per day. * Intermittent Fasting minimum of 18 hours per day * Eat 2 meals per day in a 4 - 6 hour window.
