Lunch at Clafouti's - Cooking Veggies for 3 days - Hawaiian Roll Chicken sliders
My favorite salad at Clafouti's -
Chicken breast with orange, mango and pickled red onions and red bell peppers.
Had bought a bunch of veggies and decided to cook them all -
Started with the sweet onions.
With the peppers and asparagus on deck....
And the S and Z waiting patiently.
Hard veggies - onions, peppers, asparagus on the left.
Soft veggies - Squash and Zucchini and Baby Bellas on the right.
Made 4 chicken breast and provolone sliders on open faced Hawaiian rolls with honey mustard and Sriracha with tomato and grilled mushrooms on top.
Good meal.
