One Bad WOD deserves One Big Ribeye


New Week - New Warmup - New Strength Exercise - New WOD!

Got 135# for 3 reps on the presses on the strength part.

Had to drop to 115# for the AMRAP but it was the right thing to do.

Got 158 total reps in 15 minutes.

Came home and weighed in....

At a new low!!!

So decided to treat myself to one of the 16 oz Ribeyes I seasoned earlier today...

Pairing it with a skillet full of sweet onion, poblano, jalapeƱo and red bell peppers...

And some beautiful asparagus...

Missing something...

Lemme see....

Ah yes....

Some fresh raspberries...

And a Creatine, Fresca, Sangria mix!!!

Man.... That's a thing of Beauty!!
