This is my 2nd attempt to finish Grace - a CrossFit workout requiring 30 - 135# Clean and Jerks within a 5 min cap.
This go-round I got 24 reps.
Not too bad for a 55 year old guy with a Left Knee Total Knee Replacement.
Pace was a little slow in the middle. Could've gotten more reps.
Next time.
