Another day of Praxis... Another day of Paleo

As I have said many times, for most workout aficionados, a CrossFit warmup is like a workout.


Split Jerk max and 3 rounds of:

10 Ground to Overhead with 115#
15 Chest to Bar
400 meter run

20:30 of lung busting body breaking grab your ass and try to survive workout.

That's what a WOD at Praxis is all about.....


For you yoga people in Santa Fe that aren't seeing your body be what you want it to be, you might wanna try a month of this and then check yourself in the mirror.

I think you'll be surprised and pleased!


When I cook, I generally cook enough for the next 2 or 3 meals.

Such is this -

A beautiful mix of pork chop and leftover New York Strip, cast iron skillet grilled veggies - sweet onions, red bell pepper, poblano pepper, jalapeno pepper, yellow squash and baby bella mushrooms and an arugula - basil - tomato salad with a few slivers of pecorino romano thrown in with my standard post workout Fruit Punch Creatine / Chocolate Protein Isolate mix to wash it all down.

And 2 pork chops and a big container of veggies for the next couple of meals


Is this a lot of food?

Yep it is - but here's the key - it's not a lot of bad carbs and sugar - and that makes all the difference in the world.

If you are a big eater, try putting down a bucket of this kind of food and see how you feel.


Better than that....

Combine the Praxis and the Paleo for a month and see how you look!
