So what's for supper Outback?

Let's just call this a TJ's Deluxe....

Focaccia bread thin sliced....

2 - 1/4" thick slices of the TJ's Turkey Meat Loaf.... you gotta understand.... this 20 oz lean protein meat loaf only cost $6.99.... it's already cooked and seasoned wonderfully and all you have to do is heat it up.

It's good for everything as you have seen.... stir fry with veggies.... meat for an omellette.... and a finger sandwich like what I'm doing here.

The goal  is to get a good browning on all bread and meat surfaces.

On the next burner over, I'm boiling some eggs....

Cause boiled eggs are the perfect food..... the perfect proportion of protein, fat and carbs.

Throw in an ice cold Black Butte Porter in a frosty mug....

So I topped the turkey meat loaf with a little jalapeno cheese, slices of boiled egg and tomato heavily seasoned with salt, pepper and TJ's 21 Season Salute with sweet mustard for condiment.

Yes.... that's a yummy and nutritious sandwich.

So that's what's for supper....

Whacchu eatin'?
