More Sick Paleo and Supplements

In case you haven't figured it out by now, I love Kale and try to eat it with nearly every meal.

This is a new addition for me.... I had never eaten it until 3 months ago...

About 2 minutes saute in a hot cast iron skillet is about right....

Then finish it with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.


Here's cast iron skillet grilled chicken breast over Spring Mix with sauted kale.

Here's a grilled Ahi tuna steak with jalapeno stuffed olives and lots of sliced grapes.

Grapes and Tuna are a fantastic combo.


And here's a mix of sausage and veggies with 2 scrambled eggs.


There's the kale again.... and that incredible Golden colored African Moroccan spice mix on the right...

I've added a little of that spice mix to 2 scrambled eggs.


Not really an omelette cause there was only 2 eggs.... but the added protein helps.


Garnish the sausage - egg mix with lots of fresh fruit for sweetness and mixed nuts for saltiness and crunch.
