"If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be." Maya Angelou
Had a lot of discussion and thoughts lately on normal vs extreme behaviors, actions and life directions and goals.
Let me ask you this....
Have you ever known anyone of notable and positive exception that didn't approach Life in an Extreme, Aggressive and Singular Mindset Way?
Personally... I haven't.
Every single Person that has come up on my Radar Screen whether they be People I have known Personally or Folks in the Public Eye - when you dig into the inner workings of their Life, what really makes them get up and go in the morning - there's almost invariably something of Extreme Exception - that separates them from the Pack.
It could be that they only sleep 4 hours a day / night and literally make every minute of the remaining 20 hours count.....
Or they may have an incredible Compassion / Sensitivity for their Employees which creates a Foundation for Empire or Brand Building Loyalty and Productivity or...
They may be fanatically faithful to the Concepts and Precepts of a Higher Being....
Or an unwavering Self Discipline in their Physical Fitness Regimen.
If the World really knew all their Tips, Techniques, Traits and Tricks for Hacking through Life.....
There's NO DOUBT.... They would be considered Head Cases or Extremists or Just Plain Freaking Weird.
Think about it....
If You wanna be Mainstream.... then go with the Flow.
If You wanna be a Jumper... A Mover and a Shaker... A Voice and Figure that Rises Above the Crowd...
Then Swim Upstream.....
With Tenacity and Purpose....
And Without Regard....
For What the World Thinks!
I never could have done what I have done without the habits of punctuality, order, and diligence, without the determination to concentrate myself on one subject at a time. Charles Dickens
