began as a cycling blog - "Discovering America on 2 Wheels" - in Dec 2009. Since then it's become much more. It is an irreverent, humorous and introspective way of sharing my daily lifestyle, interests, opinions and life challenges. It is a Labor of Love that is Raw, Uncut and Real Time straight from my Heart, Mind and Life to You. So I hope you Read, Enjoy and Become Involved in My Discovery and, in so doing, learn more about Yourself, the World Around You and Your Own Path to Discovery!

Bizzy Saturday
Did a Lot of Rat Killing Saturday.
Knocked out the 8:30 am Body Pump, returned some clothes, bought some more, bought a new radar detector to keep me and the Stallion out of trouble. And prepped the house for a 6:00 pm showing. First showing in a long time. Maybe listing with a full service broker was the right thing to do - we'll see.
Got the house cleaned up for the 6:00 showing just barely in time. Daughter did the linoleum and wood floor cleaning and I did the rest including cleaning her tub and shower which was disgusting.
Left knee is really swollen again so I iced it a bit.
Ate a tuna - flounder - sea scallops combo for lunch with a salad and a pork chop and veggies for supper.
Made a huge pot of veggies with nearly everything in the fridge.
Here's the pig and veggie supper.
Added 2 turnips diced and 3 rehydrated Ancho chiles chopped up along with the water from the rehydrating.
When combined with the stock created from cooking the veggies and the fig infused balsamic I add after the Veggies are cooked, it creates an incredible sauce that my daughter says is the best tasting veggies she's ever had.
Having my 3 - 5 oz beer sampler at WurstHaus listening to this guy named Neil I met a while back playing with the band.
Thinking the Stang needs to go to church this morning.
Probably go to 1st Beach of Surfside.
